Championes!!! Championes!!!
Pictured at the Comfort Hotel, Coventry are the members of the EVRS quiz team who, after victory in the Derbyshire and regional qualifying rounds, went on to the national final in April 2007. They beat teams from Wales, Northern Ireland and five other English regional qualifiers to become national champions for the first time in the history of the society. All the more pleasing because all members are active referees.
Team members: Nick Hopton, David Green, Andy Green, reserve Harry Hardy, manager Bob Green and Colin Marshall.

Say cheese!!
